Jesus Christ, I haven't done shit in over a year. Well actually I have
but haven't actually updated this site. In fact, the site was even down
for a while before I noticed I missed some payments. Oops. Shit's been
happening fast in life. Since my last post, I've been working on another
interest of mine, desperately trying not to fail any of my classes, graduated,
got a full-time temp job, lost a full-time temp job, had another death
in the family, and some asshole wrecked my car. This place kinda took
a backseat to all that. Oh, and my PS3 died so THAT'S why I haven't done
an updated Razing Storm section. Hopefully I can have that son of a bitch
repaired soon (it's a backwards compatible one.)
Anyway, I've been working on a THOTD4 section for a while, and now I present
it to you.
Thanks stickghost, it's only been out 5 years now!
Fuck you. I was waiting for the homeport, but I guess that ain't happening.
Well, I have my Top Ten of 2010 (another kinda slow year):
1: Sonic Colors
2: Bad Religion's The Dissent Of Man
3: Rob Zombie's Hellbilly Deluxe II: Noble Jackals, Penny Dreadfuls, And
The Systematic Dehumanization Of Cool Reissue Edition
4: Local H's Local H's Awesome Mixtape #1 (redundant I know)
5: The Expendables (even if my PS3 died on the same day I saw it in theaters...
sniff)
6: 24 season 8 (possibly my favorite one, although I thought the season/series
finale was a bit anticlimatic)
7: Machete
8: U-God's Dopium
9: Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker
10: Razing Storm PS3 port (so I didn't play it; I can only assume it's
awesome)
Also, I discovered the awesome that is Prairie Cartel's Where Did All
My People Go? from 2009. That is totally now appended to the list.
03/16/10
Yay! I've pretty much finished up the Darkside Chronicles and Dead Space
pages. In particular, reviews are now up for each one, and the overviews
now have the secrets revealed. I just need to make proper pages to link
in an orderly fashion, but that's no biggie so I can do that at my leisure.
Anyway, I found 2009 to be a somewhat lackluster year in terms of awesomeness.
Fortunately, I made my own awesome, like getting MENTAL licenses on all
the cities of Crazy Taxi 3. Just felt like bragging.
Stickghost's 2009 Top Ten:
1: The House Of The Dead: Overkill
2: Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles
3: Alice In Chains' Black Gives Way To Blue
4: Prodigy's Invaders Must Die
5: Wu-Tang's Chamber Music
6: Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City
7: Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen (Not a great movie but I'll be
damned if I can think of a better way I spent $5 this year)
8: Punch Out!!!
9: The Prarie Cartel's Where Did All My People Go?
10: Not really an item, but what's with all the Sonic merchandise all
of a sudden? You'd think he's about to make a comeback (and with Sonic
4 on the way, he just might.) I got tired of seeing all Nintendo-themed
stuff everywhere. Now I'm seeing him at FYE, Target, and Wal-Mart. Nice
to flash something SEGA. I got me a few shirts, though I have a keychain
(he makes my car go faster) and several plushies from the Sonic X era,
which I think look slightly better than the newer ones. However, Tails
(at least the one I got for my bro) has a good bitchslapping arm on him.
02/24/10
Contrary to what I said in my last update, I have done jack squat since
then (or close.) Since then, I took my POS computer in for a diagnosis
and was told that it one or more main components were on their way to
being fried. I figured I'd just back up my stuff and go on a UTorrent
binge because hey what's the worst that could happen? I break my computer
even more? Well, I downloaded something that totally raped my computer,
speeding up the process of getting rid of it. I personally yanked out
the hard drive (and floppy because didn't know what it was), banged up
the internal circuitry a bit, then threw the shit in a foot deep of snow.
One month and several delayed orders later, I have a new computer and
can return to work. More content coming within the next 2 weeks, for real
this time. Hopefully I'll actually finish the Dead Space section by then
too.

My Darkside Chronicles Work In Progress
Well, I missed Christmas. Sorry. You can blame my computer for that
one because I'm having trouble firing it up lately. My Darkside walkthrough
is just about complete. I didn't explicitly say so, but I HAVE been
updating the section in progress even though I didn't post about it
on the home page. Anyway, I'll be doing some more covert updating in
the week or two to come.
12/07/09
My Darkside Chronicles Work In Progress
Mic trippin' from rock skippin'
Off the local brook, not knowin'
Heavy weight, throwin' vocal hooks
Ryhmin' off Apache, the RZA scatch thee
Records borrowed from Home Alone kid known as Latchkey
Breakbeat fanatic, crates deep in attic
.45's marked up, looped with static
Each link in my chain, rappin' heavy
Chevy truck flare ripped from the magic lair
Of medley but deadly
I merge foward, with a sharp spear
He must return now, his flight departs here
Like Sittin' Bull, I lay with my bow pulled
Arrow poisonous 'cause my enemy clip's full
Stay in the venue with the party promoters, life parolers
Half the crowd wild, 9 M&M holders
Apply boulders, smash your allied soldiers
Intimate footage rolls off the cameraman's shoulder
Many'll die for fame, movin' like Leroy
Can't be one and the same, nah, it ain't B-boy
The decoy, scan this with high tech radar
'Til my mic strike, leave a state-size crater
I came into this with the writer's block
To prevent a sudden shock on a large flock
Clips are uncut episode, invincible armor
I blaze one, once I struck the match off my bomber
Adjust this, til its EQ'ed like never
Watch a mega watt bang spot, raise the lever
Its Operation Cobra, its over
Control the globe slowly, the bold soldier
My rough cut metal tapes, quick to break labelmates
Won't hesitate to negotiate your table stakes
First lesson came from the session, room one
From the longest awaited, but the strongest made it
Complex, complicated, compressed, elongated
Homicidial sub-title, Wu claw banga off the ocean shore
Kid jaw, cut with the jig-saw
Intern engineer, vest on the youth
Make the mic booth bulletproof from sparked wires
From autofire, rapid from the verbalist slangsta's gat
Two-hit Tucker, she labeled it gangsta rap
Unseen heard, struck the vital nerves
Of some sort, court's got papers to serve
Still bang em' in the head, just lead, no eraser
One shot, no chaser, who gonna replace her
You punch-drunk, swingin' your keys on your index
Showin' off your Rolex
Didn't see the joe text, you filmed it on Bolex
Smashed with the largest full finger name ringer, life clinger
Adjust this, til its EQ'ed like never
Watch a mega watt bang spot, raise the lever
Its Operation Cobra, its over
Control the globe slowly, the bold soldier
Adjust this, til its EQ'ed like never
Watch a mega watt bang spot, raise the lever
Its Operation Cobra, its over
Control the globe slowly, the bold soldier

More levels added to the Darkside Chronicles!
What I have so far...
12/02/09
Work is underway on Darkside Chronicles. I have an overview and the
first 4 levels done. More coming soon, I promise. I'm also working on
finishing Extraction between stints, namely the review. It's kinda hard
forming my overall opinion of it. On that note, if you're only able
to buy Dead Space or Darkside Chronicles, I'd say take DC.
What I have so far...
11/22/09
All levels of Dead Space Extraction are up. I'm doing another brief
runthrough to get the weapon upgrades located. Tomorrow, I shall buy
the Darkside Chronicles and try to get on that. Hopefully I can finish
off Dead Space at the same time. I have 2 weeks before going back to
class, so I'm going to crank out as much of this stuff as I can, so
keep checking back. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to bed.

Update #3. Level 3 is now up. Overview has been fattened too. This
is how my next few updates are gonna roll too.
10/28/09
Extraction page updated. Specifically, level 2 is now up and the overview
has more data. Keep checking over the next couple days for the next
bit.
10/23/09
Wow, a new shooter just snuck up on me: Dead Space: Extraction. I never
knew it was gonna be one. I got it, and began a section for it. I'm
going to do it piece by piece since I have a feeling this will take
awhile. I've been rather busy lately with my education, hanging with
my brother, playing other games, and a death in the family. I've been
fricking busy. I haven't played the original game, so I referred to
some FAQ's to see what the enemies were called, and which one is which.
I don't think I got a few right, so if anybody can help me with some
of them that would be much appreciated.
Anyway, thanks to ease provided by the AT&T U-Verse boxes, I've
hooked my PS3 up online and been playing both Motorstorms online. Hopefully
I'll buy another game other than Metal Gear Online or GTA 4 that has
multiplayer. If you see stick_ghost, with an underscore, that is me.
If you see stickghost, that is NOT me, and you should call him an asshole
and then kill/crash/otherwise inconvenience him for stealing my name.
Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles comes out next month. Hopefully,
I'll have this section done first.
08/19/09
Razing Storm is now up. In other news, I recently found a copy of Death
Crimson OX for the Dreamcast. Well, it didn't exactly blow my socks
off. But it did make me think of another shooter that I never actually
got around to playing: Vampire Night. Now that one was fun. Expect to
be seeing that section come soon. Death Crimson OX? Maybe later.
I did manage to think up some images for this section. However, I have
also noticed a disturbing lack of things to rant about in the games.
Could it be that games are actually getting better stories? Of course,
a few games don't take their story seriously to begin with, so any attempt
at picking them apart is just silly. However, Razing Storm just plain
doesn't give me anything to work with.
04/19/09
I was perusing my local Disc Replay when I stumbled upon a game that
caught my eye: Scud: The Disposable Assassin, for the Saturn. The box
advertised the ability to play it as a side-scroller or as a lightgun
game, or BOTH at the same time! I was intrigued. How could 2 very seperate
genres be combined into one game? More importantly, I was happy to have
another excuse to whip out my Stunners. After a few rounds of swift
annihilation, I thought "Man, I need to help some of my homies
out on this shit."
Then I was forced to consider whether or not a game that contained
several smaller ones, one of which was a shooter, could be classified
as a lightgun game. I suppose Die Harder could be considered seperate
from Die Hard Trilogy. But where would the line be drawn? Would Resident
Evil: Dead Aim then cross into shooter territory? Truth be told, Revolution
X is not actually a lightgun game (the gun is an elaborate joystick)
and neither is Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles or The House Of
The Dead: Overkill. Hell, technically so are all the Wii ports, even
though said games were indeed born lightgun shooters. I'm pretty certain
the arcade version of Silent Scope used a similar setup, though (certain)
home ports are fully compatible with a lightgun. Damn, I'm tired. Long
story short, I decided that a game playable exclusively with a lightgun,
even if it is part of a bigger game, is a shooter. Or if I fucking decide
so. Here's the piece.
By the way, sorry about a lack of images. It certainly started off
a lot easier doing at least one image per page. I downsized to "most
pages", and now I'm down to "if I can think of something funny,
cool, or at least useful". I plan to hopefully think of something
soon and put it up.
03/29/09
Well, I finished the review for Overkill, in case you were waiting
with bated breath for my go-ahead. Aside from that, I have yet another
announcement for you guys. It seems that the Umbrella Chronicles has
spawned a sequel. Apparently, it may include the exploits of Leon and
Claire from #2 and Code Veronica. It probably won't be called Umbrella
Chronicles Volume 2 though. I hope they take a lesson from Overkill's
simplicity of control.
03/03/09
It isn't quite my style, but here it is, my first work in progress,
a House Of The Dead: Overkill Section. I finished all the levels and
prepared an overview, but no review yet. On that note, go buy it. Anyway,
I'm still playing, and will be pounding out the kinks in my info. Keep
your eyes peeled for new information to be added whenever I can.
Oh, and I guess the new Time Crisis: Strike turned out to be for mobile
phones. Go figure.
02/07/09
With THOTD: Overkill looming, I decided to quickly crank out the Lethal
Enforcers 3 section I've had brewing for a while. It kinda sucks, but
hey so does the game. Maybe someone with a bit more enthusiasm for the
game can lend a few pointers.
Anyway, just out of fun, here's my top 10 list of 2008, in no particular
order:
1: Quantum Of Solace
2: Condemned 2: Bloodshot
3: Alone In The Dark: Inferno (360 version had some issues, but the
game is pretty effing sweet anyway.)
4: Metal Gear Solid: Guns Of The Patriots
5: Silent Hill: Homecoming (Lot of survival horror on my list this
year.)
6: Grand Theft Auto 4
7: Sonic Unleashed (So close to perfection... If the next one... er,
next unannounced one is as big an improvement as this, watch out. I
corrected myself because I don't think the Black Knight is gonna do
it. I think SEGA legally went batshit bonkers on that one.)
8: Space Ghost: Coast To Coast Volume 5 (Kentucky Nightmare, Snatch,
Knifin' Around, Fireant... Oh man I'm wet.)
9: Local H's 12 Angry Months
10: GZA's Pro Tools
01/21/09
The release for House Of The Dead: Overkill is less than a month away.
Gamestop has a special promotion for reserving it: a comic book. I didn't
even know there was a bonus when I did. So be sure to get yours today
(the reservation; the comic comes on release.)
What? You need a reason why? Because it's House Of The Dead, stupid.
It's rated mature for blood and gore, violence, swearing (according
to Game Informer, it has gratuitous F-bombs (or as my middle-school
bus driver called it, Word F.)), sexual themes, and partial nudity.
That probably just means there's some naked dead guys but the game promises
at least one stripper so we'll see. Sounds like my kind of game. Sorry
kids, I think your mom might not appreciate this one.
In other news, Namco trademarked a name for a Time Crisis title, and
has another non-Time Crisis shooter (the name escapes me since I only
saw it once) in the works.
HEY WHO SAID WORD F!?! Ah, 6th grade... Good times.
11/30/08
Rambo is now officially covered. That didn't take so long, did it?
I vow to get House Of The Dead: Overkill up faster. Uh... go check it
out.
08/18/08
I have launched the lightgun review section. What you see is my entire
arsenal of weapons. However, there's many more out there, many more
than I care to buy. That's where you can come in.
In case you missed my previous update memo and are too damn lazy to
check the archive, I'm accepting any reader-submitted reviews. You can
be funny or just simply be informative (I know I'm a tough act to follow.)
I published my share to provide an example of what information would
probably be important to mention. Of course, any submissions will be
recognized for credit, so don't worry about me dicking you out of your
efforts.
Oh yeah, and go buy Local H's new album. If you're not sure which it
is, just get em' all.
08/13/08
It's a little late, but Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles now has
a section. I'm definitly gonna have to start getting things up sooner.
In other news, Target: Terror has come to the Wii. It looks like SEGA
has made a Rambo shooter. Kickass. I'm willing to bet it will be awesome
because they can do shooters like it's nobody's business.
And finally, due to several requests, I have decided to launch a section
for reviewing lightguns themselves. The reason I never did this before
was because I only use 'official' guns and thus have a small base of
knowledge. This site is my baby, so I would like to have the work be
all mine, but I now think differently. So therefore, I will accept reviews
from my loyal readers. You will be given full credit for your writeups,
if for no reason other than to protect myself from getting angry e-mails
that I told them the Generic Blaster IX was awesome when it really was
a piece of shit. As I said, I have the 'first party' guns for the games
that I cover. I need information for the more obscure third party ones.
It doesn't have to be funny. Just let us know who made the gun, the
system that it is for, and maybe even compatible games.
04/16/08
Time Crisis 4 section is now up. Sorry about taking so long about it,
but I don't like to put stuff up unless it's 100% done. I think I need
to cut back and launch stuff earlier. Thus, I only have a couple of
my signature pics on the pages, but I hope to get more soon. Now I'm
gonna get crackin' on Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. Coming much
sooner, I promise. In other gunstar news, it seems Target: Terror is
coming to Wii. Something is up with that system.
On an unrelated note, I just got a LOCO license in Crazy Taxi 3. Didn't
even know that shit was possible. When are the guys at Microsoft gonna
make this game 360 compatible?
01/03/08
Sorry to make ya'll wait but good things take time to create. Yep, it's
Christmas (even though it's now January. Bear with me.) 3 lightgun games
in short order: Time Crisis 4 for PS3, GHOST Squad for the Wii, and
Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. I haven't even got the the RE shooter
yet. I began work on a TC4 section, but I got addicted to GS again,
so I spiffed up the section like I said I would.
"What? That's all you got for us?"
Uh... No. I have an exclusive new article: Stickghost's top 10 of 2007.
(In no particular order after #1)
1: Me
2: Stranglehold
3: Flatout: Ultimate Carnage
4: Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow
5: GHOST Squad for Wii
6: Time Crisis 4 for PS3
7: Live Free Or Die Hard Unrated DVD
8: Transformers
9: Space Ghost Coast To Coast Volume 4 (Exclusively sold through adultswim.com,
so don't waste 3 hours checking stores like I did)
10: Wu-Tang Clan - 8 Diagrams
See you next year!
10/20/07
Off topic review for Stranglehold now
up. Not especially humorous but I feel like spreading the word on this
game.
In other news, I was at my local Gameworks playing Lethal Enforcers
3 when some guy (Asian I guess, I'm not very good at telling them apart)
observed me play and later congradulated me on my awesome skills. Actually,
I confess I don't consider my skills honed, and can only get through
2 full levels on 1 credit. I figured I'd show my mad Virtua Cop 3 skills
(I wanted to show my mad GHOST Squad skills but the game was taken.)
OK so I messed up and died at Dino Fang (all I could find were shotguns.)
I've beaten this game with 1 credit several times.
I still managed to wow him and he offered to buy me a drink. How can
you refuse that? Hurray for the fusion of arcades and bars! However,
the conversation pretty quickly zeroed in on sex. (No, there was no
gay banter; he just really liked to talk about sex.) By 'conversation',
I meant he was talking and I replied "Yeah, uh-huh, right"
now and then. I'd love to provide some transcipt, but I tried to play
along, but was taken so aback by his forward approach I made a pretty
sizable ass of myself. I can only assume he'd been drinking before I
came along.
If anybody happens to be in the Schaumburg, IL area and wants some free
beer and maybe pick up some sex tips, he mentioned that he was at the
Gameworks every Sunday around 5 PM for a few hours. I kinda said I'd
stop by again, but I don't really think so. Don't mention my name; I
don't think I told him any personal info.
09/30/07
Sorry for taking so long updating. The euphoria of having a website
has waned and become 'work', so my lazy ass has put off putting time
towards this endeavor. I hope to turn that back around.
Anyway, I have a new artistic direction: I've had a scanner for a while
that I've never used, so now you can see for yourself in the GHOST
Squad section. Drawing things yourself is actually simpler (though
not easier) than using a clumsy computer program. I think you'll like
it. I also think you can just go to hell if you don't. The GHOST Squad
section isn't complete to my satisfaction, but I'll fix that when I
get my hands on the Wii version. I think the whole anchor-linking for
the paths works well, but if it just confuses people let me know.
And I recently got John Woo's Stranglehold for 360. IT KICKS ASS. If
you liked Max Payne, you'll fucking LOVE this game. I beat the game
3 times on Hard (to stretch the enjoyment), Casual (just to mess around),
and Hard-Boiled (for bragging rights) already. If you don't mind shortness
or endless shooting of bad guys this game is for you.
Time Crisis 4 (PS3) and Ghost Squad (Wii) hits stores in November...
06/17/07
OMFG. My local Gameworks has just gotten Ghost Squad Evolution. It is
in fact the original game with 'new features'. I believe it is just
that everything is already unlocked (all the guns, all the difficulty
levels.) This means... I can now play every inch of this game and I
am now starting on doing a section. I already have a Lethal Enforcers
3 section almost complete, but I'm shoving that aside and devoting all
available time to this. Did I mention Ghost Squad is awesome?
06/13/07
Aight, enough jerking off... I finally got off my ass and finished a
section for End Game. Besides, I was distracted by Ghost Squad. AWESOME
game. I'd totally do a section if any of my local arcades had a card
system. However, I would have to leave like 25% of my guide blank because
I would miss all that stuff. But never fear, a Wii port is in the works!
Jesus, that name is still retarded. Maybe it's pronounced more like
"WHEEE!" I'm not exactly sold on the console, but it's a safe
bet I'll have both system and game in the near future. Just a friendly
reminder to whoever may be in power: WE WANT A LIGHTGUN. I'm sure one
will come (maybe a rethought Wii Zapper I saw earlier.) There's also
a Ghost Squad Evolution coming to arcades. I heard it was a sequel,
but I've also heard that it's just an updated version with more stuff.
Speaking of home ports, it would appear Time Crisis 4 is slated for
the PS3, along with a new model Guncon 3. Goddamn it. Now I have to
get 2 new consoles. Oh, and I still have a 360. Feel free to release
a game for that system.
Anyway, if Ghost Squad got the green light for a port, I have no doubt
House Of The Dead 4 will too. Now if they could just get Virtua Cop
3 the same treatment...
01/25/07
Oh man... I just dropped in to my local Gameworks arcade... I was not
expecting the level of awesomeness I would witness.
Time Crisis 2, 3, 4... Crisis Zone... Virtua Cop 3... Ghost Squad...
House of the Dead 1, 2, 3, 4, and even the Special Edition of 4... Even
Lethal Enforcers 3 (although it looked kinda shitty to me.) I almost
ejaculated all over the place. I didn't since that would be sacrilegious.
I went outside first. It was like the Last Meal, except Jesus ate me
instead, and I was inside his warm vessel of eternal love.
Then again, how could I have doubted something in league with SEGA to
not totally kick fucking ass? I might have the motivation to get crackin'
on some more sections (actually, I'm currently in the middle of one
game, not listed above.) Don't start holding your breath for Time Crisis
4 or House Of The Dead 4 sections yet; I'm gonna wait until I have a
personal copy to reference (i.e. home port.)
Oh, and it's time for the site's annual renewal, which makes this the
site's 3rd birthday. I hereby renew this site for an additional 3 years.
Fuck yeah, that wide.
11/04/06
Who ordered the Total Vice section? Oh wait, nobody did. Well here it
is anyway bitches. I actually pretty much completed it at least a year
ago and just forgot about it (since I had the Silent Scopes and House
Of The Deads on priority.)
Got myself a 360. No, there's still no official word on any upcoming
real shoot-em-ups, I'm just going with the system that looks best for
the 'now' now. And I just can't wait for the new Sonic game. He's my
FUCKING DOG.
09/24/06
And, Silent Scope EX is done.
Oh, what is the near future of lightgun games? The Wii, the PS3, the
360... Which one's got the goods? Currently none. But who knows what's
in the pipeline?
The 360 is built with the same hardware as the arcade board for House
Of The Dead 4 so that would logically be it's destination.
However, SEGA has announced that the PS3 would be the main target of
their arcade ports, which would suggest that House 4 will be PS3-bound.
Time Crisis 4 would probably remain a Sony exclusive as no game has
been released on another's system (TC2 was said to be headed for Dreamcast,
but whether this was an unfounded rumor or it was scrapped by the system's
poor reception is unknown.) All things considered, the PS3 is looking
to be the best choice for us, unfortunately for us not looking to pay
$600.
The Wii? Nothing on the games front (unless you count Red Steel), but
they have revealed a first-party lightgun remote. Thanks to Prescott
for bringing this to my attention. It's nice that the gun is not being
removed from the shoot em' up equation (and by Nintendo, the company
that has not had a lightgun game on their systems for over a decade.
I am officially impressed.)
However, there's room for improvement as this remote gun is an all-purpose
remote. It's fucking ugly, with a capital FUCKING. And it may not be
the best design for a gun peripheral either as it's pretty long and
doesn't look very grip-comfortable. You may view the device in it's
glory here.
See, you guys ARE allowed to send me stuff, and if the info is useful,
I'll post it and give you credit. Feel free to correct me on my guides
or let me know if I'm omiting something. I'm sure SOMEONE out there
knows how the endings in House Of The Dead 3 are triggered.

Yo. Silent Scope 3 section is now up, and a new offtopic
article is up as well. I got some 2 other sections in progress comin'
down the pipeline. Keep your eyes peeled.
I guess I should comment on the new Nintendo console, the Wii or the
Revolution, or whatever the fuck new name they have now. The remote
offers some new ideas in lightgun games, as explored in the upcoming
Red Steel. Indeed, it would seem like the best fit for a home port of
House of the Dead 4 (though Nintendo has not had a lightgun game on
their consoles since the SNES.) Just a note to producers/developers:
WE PLAY LIGHTGUN GAMES TO USE A GUN. Waving a remote around is not the
same unless this is some Harry Potter-themed bullshit. If this is the
future of lightguns, there better be special gun remotes.

Woo. Searching for "lightgun games" on Metacrawler brings
up this page on results page #3. About time. Now let's bump this motherfucker
up to #1!
Semester has just ended, so be watching for new shit to be added.

Good news: House Of The Dead 3 section now up.
Bad news: No images yet, as I've been too busy recently and thus suffering
artist's block.
Exactly how the endings are determined in arcade mode is still unknown.
I've consistently gotten endings in Time Attack, but not in Survival
Mode. The requirements are definitely different. Here's your chance
to help me out guys.
Oh, and I bought the SEGA Smash Pack while clearing out my local EB
games Dreamcast stash. I've found 2 new power-up locations in Virtua
Cop 2 and have updated the walkthrough. I'm such a loser. I also got
Crazy Taxi; so addicting. I would also like to convey a "FUCK YOU"
to the Rolling Meadows Music Recyclery for having Shenmue, but not knowing
where the goddamn disk(s) were so I could buy it.

Another semester of college down. Here's a section for Silent Scope
2. I've also made a seperate review for Silent
Scope Complete for the sake of individual commentary from the other
versions. I've got another rant, but I've run into some technical issues
with it, so it has to wait. But in the meantime, I've put aside the
SS2 section for schoolwork way too long. Now go put an end to BibBoss's
plans.

No new stuff to report. Someone already gave me the Silent Scope manual
info. Less than 12 hours after asking, so I guess that means I get good
traffic. I really need to check my statistics one of these days.

Section for Silent Scope launched! I only have the first one done. Look
for the rest in the future. Personal request: If anyone has the instruction
manuals for Silent Scope 2 or 3, I'd be grateful if anyone could tell
me if they have biographies (the SS Complete manual is abbreviated)
and give me a transcription via e-mail or something? The first one had
AWESOME bios, and by awesome, I mean quite lame. They make good rant
fodder.

Fuck dude, I give up. This is an open question for y'all. I just had
a monster session of THOTD 3 (no pun intended) and STILL have no clue
what determines the ending you get. I'm starting to suspect that they're
random. Due to inconsistency, I have all but determined that it does
NOT have to do with score, rank, path taken, or amount of continues
used. But what else is there? Anybody know?
And remember, my new email is: stickghost@gmail.com.
08/15/05:
I recently purchased Silent Scope Complete for XBOX along with the Pelican
sniper rifle. Actually, I've had the rifle since last year because I
wanted another lightgun for some 2 player House Of The Dead 3. Anyway,
SWEET games at one low price (despite a $50 rifle.) I'll get on em'
right after finishing the section for THOTD3.
Anyway, there's some changes to announce. First, I now have a new email:
stickghost@gmail.com. I've updated the contact page, but for those of
you who have already sent emails, remember to change your contacts as
I wanna phase the hotmail one out. The old one will still work for a
while, although if you want to be sure use the new one.
Second, I've made an update archive page (see below) so starting now,
those who tune back in after a while can see what new shiznit was put
up several updates ago without scouring the site.
07/07/05:
The House Of The Dead 2 section now up. I may have left something out,
as it was a somewhat hasty launch, but I just wanna get it up here.
I also tweaked the original's walkthrough slightly (nothing noteworthy.)
I think I'll cover #3 next. I was going to do it before, but I couldn't
skip over the second one.
Also, I've had a 'hidden page' up for a while, and as a special limited
time offer, I'm gonna provide the link right here!
Nothing special, actually I just made it so I could post a picture for
a forum I frequent. If you ever wondered what I look like (and I know
you have), there ya go. Slightly out of date though, as I currently
have a full goatee. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go to the bathroom
and puke in the toilet.
